What to do if your package arrives damaged.

First thing is not to panic. All our packages are insured against shipping damage.  Sometimes damage occurs during shipping, and there is nothing we can do to prevent that. Damage can occur for all sorts of reasons out of our control but that is why insurance is important.  If you follow just a few easy steps, we can send out replacements to you while we handle the dispute on our end with the carrier.

Step 1: Accept Receipt Of The Damaged Package

Even though the package is damaged, it’s importnat to accept the delivery of the package. In general, not all the signs will be damaged. The package needs to be opened and any damaged signs identified. 

Step 2: Take Photos of The Damaged Signs

We need a couple of  photos of the damaged signs. One of the over all sign and one close up of the damage where it can be easily seen. We need this for every sign that is damaged. Even with shipping damage it’s highly likely that the damage will be isolate to only a few of the signs.  

Step 3: Send Us The Photos And We'll Ship Out New Signs While We Handle The Dispute

With the photos of the damage, we will make new signs and ship them out to you immediately while we handle the dispute with the carrier. There are no delays. You don’t have to worry about the dispute. We handle everything on our end to ensure the best possible experience.
